This is hands down the best, and always my number 1 choice in my law enforcement gear and vest alterations. I have never left the Mesa location unsatisfied! They always have exactly what I need, when I need it. SueAnn is the greatest, she always has a smile on her face, and has always been so helpful, and knowledgeable on anything I need help with. I work for the Arizona Dept. of Corrections and ordered two Elbecko polos on 7/14/23 and it's 8/10/23 and still no polos. Those polos should have been in stock.

No women's EMS pants, which is a bummer. It's hard for me to find ones that fit right off the rack because I'm very petite. I did speak with one of the staff women on the phone and she was very helpful in providing me some options, including bringing them in to their seamstress. She took her time to look for any available pants in case they did have my size. Thanks for doing that. Edit: fixed my review from 3 to 5 stars just because they have great customer service.

We had an awesome experience. My son came in and needed 40 inseam training pants, boots and belt. They hooked us up. We will definitely be back for more of what he needs. Thanks so much Makayla and all the staff

Stopped in at Skaggs this afternoon to pick up over $400 worth of uniforms & gear for my new position, working for the State of AZ. The woman that ended up helping me was VERY courteous & attentive to my needs, literally from start to finish (I only wish that I could recall her name!). When my visit was done & over with, I ended up walking out of the store a VERY satisfied customer. I will MOST definitely return, when I find myself in need of more uniforms & gear, in the future! By far the best retail experience I’ve had. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and prompt in their service. They’re helpful but at the same time not forcing a sale. Among other items, I purchased two shirts with patches sewn on in less than 30 minutes. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

I shop at this location due to it being the closest to my home and I appreciate that they carry products for my department which is located further West. I would like to see Surefire products, specifically the surefire gun lights since they are brighter than the streamlight lineup. While they do have a select few Danner brand boots, I would like to see more options that do not have the side zipper. Lastly they seem to be out of stock when it comes to the uniform sizes I need so when it comes time for me to buy a new uniform, it's always needing to be ordered or shipped from another store. Overall this place is great and I've always been able to get any items I needed, I've just had to wait for them.
